By using Equity Sentience — the marketing site, the dashboard, or any data the platform produces — you agree to the terms below. If any part of this is a deal-breaker for you, please don't use the platform.
What this platform is
Equity Sentience is a research and portfolio-management platform that watches Indian equity markets through eight specialist views — policy, market climate, fundamentals, news, charts, governance, consensus, and positions. It surfaces stocks where multiple specialists agree, with the reasoning shown alongside.
What this platform is not
Nothing on the marketing site, the dashboard, or any output the platform produces is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any future return. The platform is not a registered investment adviser or research analyst with SEBI or any other regulator.
For advice tailored to your financial situation, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser. The numbers on the dashboard are inputs to your own thinking, not substitutes for it.
Trade at your own risk
Equity markets are risky. You can lose money. You can lose all of your money. Past performance — whether shown on this site, on the dashboard, in a strategy replay, or anywhere else — does not predict future returns.
If you act on anything you see here, you do so on your own judgement. We don't share in your gains; we also don't backstop your losses.
Strategy replays are simulations
The platform's strategy replays show how the same logic would have performed on past days. Replays make assumptions a real broker doesn't make — instant fills, no slippage, no commission, no impact cost. Real execution will differ, and the gap can be material on small-cap or low-liquidity names.
Paper trades, not real trades
The dashboard's "positions" are paper positions for now — the platform calculates what a trade would look like, but doesn't route any orders to a broker. There's no real money moving. If and when broker integration ships, it will require explicit, per-account opt-in.
Access is invite-only
Dashboard access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice. Login credentials are personal — don't share them, don't post them anywhere, and don't let anyone else use them. If you suspect credentials have been shared, tell us and we'll rotate them.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to scrape, mirror, or republish dashboard content at scale. Reasonable manual use is fine; automated extraction is not.
- Don't try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform's security. If you find a vulnerability, email us and we'll work it out together.
- Don't represent the platform as something it isn't — specifically, don't tell anyone its outputs are advice or guarantees.
Intellectual property
The Equity Sentience source code, the design of this site, and the brand are the platform owner's property. You're welcome to take screenshots for personal use. For anything beyond that — embedded outputs, derivative products, public publication — please ask.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's operators and contributors aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including trading losses, data loss, or service interruption — arising from your use of the platform.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so parts of this paragraph may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Karnataka, Bangalore.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a fresh "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, a notice on the dashboard. If you keep using the platform after the change, you accept the new version.
